What we collect
When you contact us we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, company, work email, a description of your challenge and an indicative budget. We also collect basic, aggregated analytics about how this website is used.
Why we collect it
We use enquiry details solely to respond to you, prepare for a discovery call and, where relevant, produce a proposal. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months so we can pick up conversations that resume later. Client project data is retained for the duration of the engagement and handed over or deleted at its close, as agreed in the contract.
Client data in projects
Software we build for clients runs on infrastructure owned by the client. Where we need access during development we use least-privilege accounts, prefer anonymised or synthetic data, and remove access at handover.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request correction, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
